4. Content Delivery Network (CDN)

Contentful
We use the content management system Contentful to provide and deliver content, images, and videos. The provider is Contentful GmbH, Ritterstr. 12-14, 10969 Berlin, Germany. When retrieving this content, connection data (in particular your IP address) is transferred to Contentful servers. This is done on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the fast and secure delivery of our media content. As Contentful is a German company based in Berlin, data processing essentially takes place within the EU.

Formspree
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided, will be processed by us for the purpose of handling the inquiry. We use the Formspree service for the technical processing of the form submission. The provider is Formspree, Inc., 2155 S. Bascom Ave, Suite 200, Campbell, CA 95008, USA.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data transfer to the USA is secured on the basis of the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Form data is not stored permanently by Formspree.

6. Links to External Social Networks (LinkedIn & WhatsApp)

Our website contains links to the services of LinkedIn and WhatsApp. These are static HTML links (not active social media plugins). Therefore, no personal data is transferred to these providers when you simply load our website. Only when you actively click on one of these buttons and leave the website will data (in particular your IP address and the referrer URL) be transferred to the respective operator. We have no influence on the data processing on these external platforms.
