ARA Commodities is an independent trading and brokerage house based in Fürth and Idstein. Since 2025, we connect producers and consumers of sustainable commodities and biofuels across Europe and act as a specialized broker in the THG quota market. As we support our clients daily with precise market insights, we are seeking support in analysis and research starting immediately.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As an analyst, you are our eyes and ears in the market. You deliver the data basis that our team and our clients work with on a daily basis.

• Market Observation & Research: You continuously analyze the European markets for biofuels, sustainable commodities, and THG quotas. You track regulatory changes and their impact on prices.
• Data Processing: You analyze price developments, supply and demand trends, and maintain our internal market and price models.
• Client Insights: You create daily updates, reports, and sound market commentaries, which we directly pass on as value-added insights to our clients (oil companies, municipal utilities, producers).
• Strategic Support: You work closely with our brokers, providing them with arguments and data for daily trading.

What you should bring

• Numerical understanding and analytical thinking - you enjoy diving deep into data and statistics.
• Ideally, initial experience in the energy, commodity, or agricultural markets (biofuels or THG quotas are an advantage, but not a must if the analytical foundation is solid).
• The ability to quickly grasp complex market relationships and get to the point in a way that is clear and understandable for third parties.
• Fluent German and good English skills for international information exchange.
